The guest limit is per plan and adds up all your projects. The sharing panel shows the usage, for example “Guests in your projects: 2 of 6”.
What counts toward space
Section titled “What counts toward space”The plan’s space holds the files you upload (maps, XMLs, appearances.dat and client assets), the project’s edit history and the comments. Generated publications do not count.
When you update a project’s sources, the upload can go over the space for a moment, because the new and the old file exist together until processing finishes. Orbiz checks the final size before uploading and disables the button if it does not fit.
Going over the limit
Section titled “Going over the limit”If your usage goes over the plan, Orbiz tells you in which items and saves or publishes nothing until you delete what exceeds it or subscribe to a bigger plan.
Viewing and changing plans
Section titled “Viewing and changing plans”The plans screen, in your account, shows the current plan and the others. Paid subscription is not yet available inside the editor: the paid plans’ buttons show as “Subscribe (coming soon)”.
